My Story
Cooking has always been more than a skill— it's been my language, my escape, and my passion. It all began as a kid in the kitchen, where the clatter of pots and the smell of simmering sauces sparked something in me. Those early days led me on a journey I couldn’t have imagined, one that took me from experimenting with family recipes to working in some of the most renowned kitchens in New York City.
I had the honor of honing my craft under the guidance of culinary legends, including working for Chef Daniel Boulud in NYC. It was a place where discipline and artistry collided, teaching me the precision and finesse of fine dining at the highest level.
My career has taken me across New York and Massachusetts, where I’ve explored the full spectrum of the culinary world—from the refined elegance of fine dining to the smoky, soul-satisfying grit of BBQ. Each chapter has shaped my perspective on food, creativity, and what it means to connect with people through a plate.
